Now I will break the lyrics down, translate and explain.Esalaamu alaykum - السلام عليكم

As we already know, it means "Peace be upon you" or just "Hello"

Baad issalam yahla al-kalam - بعد السلام يحلى الكلام

"Baad" means "after (sth)", "salam"- literally means "peace", however in this case it means "greeting", so "baad issalam" - after the greeting. "Yahla" - sweeter, "al-kalam" - talk.
"After greeting talk is sweetier"

Nisher Niduuq hubbi w gharam - نسهر ندوب حب و غرام

"Nisher" - survive, "Niduuq" - scares, "hubbi" - my love, wa - i, "gharam"- romance, love.
"We will survive the scars of love and romance"

al-hayaa halu - الحياه حلو

"Al-hayaa" - life, "halu" - sweet. Everything means "Sweet life" ( in arabic adjectives are always written after the nouns, ex. "boy beautiful" - waled gamil)

yalla bina yalla - يالله بينا يالله

Word "yalla" means "come ". "quickly", "let's go". "Bina" contains two words: bi - with, na - us.
"Come with us".

nuhdun ilayaam! - نحضن الأيام

"Nuhdun" - catch, use, il-ayaam - days. "Catch the days". Here we have a plural form of noun "youm" - day. "ayaam" - days. Almost every noun has similar construction, so try to remember it.

Wa iftahli 'albak yahabibi wa insa al-Khisam - و افتحلي قلبك يا حبيبي و انسى الخصام

"Wa" - and, "iftah" - open, so"iftahli" -open me (enging-li says about the addressee). "Albak" - your heart (-ak - your). Insa - forget, al-khisam - problem, argument.
"And open your heart to me my darling, and forget about the argument"

Hubb wa r'us hanni iwea tibed eanniحب و ارقص غني و أوعى تبعد عني

"Hubb" - love, r'us- dance.
"Love and dance and sing don't leave me""
